A scarlet red lehenga. The handcrafted skirt features floral and avian motifs derived from an 18th century occidental robe and archival vintage lace fragments. The embroideries are rendered using dabka, naqshi, Kashmiri tilla, sequins, pearls and semi precious stones. It is paired with an embroidered illusion tie-up choli and diaphanous tulle dupatta.
