PRODUCT SPECIFICATION
Sole Thickness - 6 mm
The jutti opens with a Mehrab-shaped scalloped neckline, contoured to frame the vamp and anchor the surface composition. Built on a traditional, rounded-front jutti silhouette, the form is proportioned to support layered handwork while retaining balance and restraint. The surface is constructed through patchworked motifs, structured with dori embroidery to define rhythm and geometry, then balanced with hand-applied zardozi using dabka and nakshi. Fine beads and sequins are introduced sparingly to add depth without interrupting continuity. Set on a Ruhaani Ivory ground, the embroidery remains clear and legible. The Mehrab opening and central motif are finished with fine kiran lace, sharpening the neckline and reinforcing ceremonial intent. The back is softly structured to hold shape without stiffness, while the flat traditional sole is proportioned for ceremonial wear. Hand-bound edges and hand-assembled construction complete the piece. -

INSPIRATION STORY
Our footwear draws from the continuity of historic form and lived wearability, where silhouette, surface, and craftsmanship are held in equal regard. Each pair is shaped as an object of adornment for the feet, built with the patience and precision once reserved for ceremonial making. Rooted in age-old embroidery practices and guided by considered proportion, the collection honours heritage while remaining attuned to those who wear it today.
