A pomegranate hued lehenga. The hand-crafted skirt features floral bouquets and majestic peacocks, derived from 18th century Occidental artworks and embroidery fragments, that are placed within Rococo-esque gilted frames while the sweeping borders feature a melange of fauna motifs interspersed in between the floral lattice. The emboideries are rendered using dabka, naqshi, Kashmiri tilla, resham, sequins, pearls, multi colored beads and semi-precious stones. It is paired with an embroidered illusion tie-up choli. The look is completed with an embroidered tulle dupatta. -
