PRODUCT SPECIFICATION
Sole Thickness - 7 mm
Naqsh Darbar draws from the grandeur of royal court interiors where ornamentation was expressive yet controlled. The surface is developed on a deep navy base that grounds the design, allowing the embroidery to emerge with depth rather than brightness. Flowing baroque-inspired motifs unfold across the vamp, characterised by scrolling forms and layered curves that lend movement while maintaining symmetry and discipline.
The embroidery is executed using gold zari paired with navy silk thread through fine aari work, creating tonal contrast within a unified palette. This interplay of metal and silk allows the surface to feel dimensional without excessive shine, reinforcing a masculine, composed presence. The silhouette follows a traditional men’s jutti form with a clean, contoured neckline and closed-back construction, offering structure and stability. The flat profile is proportioned for extended ceremonial wear, with embroidery density carefully balanced to preserve comfort and shape over time. -
