  • PRODUCT SPECIFICATION

Mehrunissa Jutti is conceived as an exploration of ornament, craftsmanship, and enduring form. The silhouette follows the classical jutti construction, preserving its distinctive shape while allowing the embroidery to remain the central visual focus.

The surface composition draws from Mughal decorative arts, where scrolling vines, floral medallions, and symmetrical arabesque forms were used to create rhythm and movement across textiles and architectural interiors. Antique gold zardozi embroidery travels across the ruby crimson base in an uninterrupted network of interlacing motifs, creating a richly layered surface that feels structured yet fluid. Fine pearl accents and carefully placed multicolour silk thread details introduce subtle variation, bringing dimension and depth to the composition without disrupting its overall harmony.

Set against the warmth of the crimson ground, the goldwork appears luminous and sculptural, allowing the embroidery to command attention while remaining balanced and refined. The traditional jutti construction reinforces the heritage character of the design, while a softly finished leather interior ensures comfort and practicality. Designed for wedding celebrations, festive occasions, and heirloom dressing, Mehrunissa reflects the enduring relationship between ceremonial craft and contemporary wear.
