  1. The RAH Jewels Sale will operate on a first-come, first-served basis.
  2. No product will be held or blocked without confirmed payment.
  3. 100% payment is required at the time of purchase to confirm the order.
  4. Sale prices are final, valid only during the sale period, and cannot be extended.
  5. All purchases are final β€” no exchange, return, or cancellation will be accepted under any circumstances.
  6. Minor irregularities, variations, or slight imperfections are inherent to handcrafted jewellery and are not considered defects.
  7. Virtual viewing / video calls can be arranged for outstation and international clients.
  8. Products selected via video call will be held for:
    • 2 hours (domestic clients)
    • 24 hours (international clients)
  9. Orders will be confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
  10. No customisation or modifications are included in sale prices.
  11. Any requested customisation (if feasible) will be chargeable and completed post the sale period.
  12. All orders will be dispatched post the sale period.
